i find the syns online section of the website so helpful! i prefer knowing that im getting the most up to date info! i do love having the low syn snack book in my bag for ideas though

I got a directory when I first started, but to be honest I never look at it now, I just use the online syns.

I think I must be using the online directory wrong....As i cant find most things.
For example yesterday I had......
A pack of tilda mushroom rice (wouldnt of been free as ingrediants included oil.
A tub of kraft chilli dip with phili and rice crackers
I couldnt find either onine....am I searching wrong??
