Ok ... so ass truly kicked :whoopass: Here is the food diaries to keep me on the straight and narrow 
Ok ... So kind of started on Tuesday, but did have one minor slip up:
Tuesday - Red day
Breakfast:
2 x Weetabix (HexB) topped with chopped banana and some of my 250ml SS milk (HexA)
Cup of tea
Dinner:
Aldi chicken tikka breast peices, pear, muller light (mandarin 0.5 sysn so i`ve just found out :cry
, tin of Diet Coke.
Tea:
Chicken breast (fresh oven cooked chicken) mixed leaf salad, cherry toms, and chips ... done SW way (with skin on) 112g (raw weight) oven baked with a bit of fry light. (4 syns)
Mug of Options - (Crackling Hazelnut) - 1.5 syns ... Made with my 2nd HexA, 250ml SS milk (sometimes i use it through the day for milk in my tea, other times i save it for a creamy choccy indulgence on an evening)
So syn total = 6 syns .... but major fail today was eating the crispy skin off the chicken breast ... no idea what syns it was and could have bloody kicked myself, it was a genuine *forgot moment* !!!
Wednesday - Red day
Breakfast:
2 x Weetabix (HexB) topped with chopped banana and some of my 250ml SS milk (HexA) .. The rest of my milk i use through the day in my tea.
Cup of tea
Dinner:
Ham, leafy mixed salad, cucumber, cottage cheese (uber low fat Aldi one). Muller rice (choccy and vanila sprinkle .. still free thank heavens), Drink of water. Cup of Tea.
Tea:
Slow cooked lean beef, with any fat cut off, done in the slow cooker with 2 stock cubes and a sprinkle of oxo. Tesco frozen mash (100g - 5 syns) i had 150g so 7.5 syns.
A handful of strawberries, a pear and a drink of tea.
Then i caved and got a multi-pack flake out of the cupboard - 7 syns
So syn total = 14.5
