Hi, can someone confirm exactly which figure on a nutritional label is the carbs we should count? Is it the top "Carbohydrate" figure or "of which sugars"? Or different all together. Thanks

Normally its the total carb figure. Both starches and sugars need counted and they are included in this total.

On american products you need to deduct the fibre from the total carb number as their food labelling is different.
