Food pack confusion

    Hi there :)

    I recently started on cd and I've done well in the last three weeks. I've been reading the forum and hearing that most women are on 4 pack a day? Is this standard? I'm only given 3 per day by my cd adviser? X

    It depends on your height.
    4 packs if you are over 5f something (8?), otherwise it's 3 packs x

    I think it also depends on your BMI. I think Cambridge have recently brought in a rule that says those with BMIs over 40 can't SS on 3 shakes a day any more.

    But I could well be wrong. :)

    Both are correct - you are on 4 packs a day if you are over 5ft8 or over BMI of 40 :)
