01.05.2010 Saturday - Total = 28 / 24

I'm not happy with what I ate yesterday. Bread upon bread upon bread.. Needless to say I feel a bit bloated today.

Today is the first official day without cheese. Wish me luck! I've not had any all week though, just the way it's worked out, so should be fine!

Early - Special K with milk [3]

Mid Morning - baconwich :) 2 slices of bread, 4 THL bacon rashers [4]

Lunch
I didn't count anymore today... I think I went over though in a fit of comfort eating and bad planning because I binged at lunch and am not disclosing what I ate... then... got a last minute "out for tea with In-laws" opportunity. Given that the comfort eating was due to a fall out with the fella, I wanted to accept the invitation to show we were ok.

Hi Jen

Just wondering why your second breakfast is in red? If you are like me and eat your breakfast early, it's a real struggle to go through to lunchtime without a snack (or 2nd breakfast!)


I hope you're feeling better. You have done great so far today.

I think I chose to put it in red, because I wasn't happy with having eaten a second breakfast - Maybe I wasn't really hungry and didnt want it, just ate out of habit...
