Folks I was caught short today in the middle of a 10 hr shift, No shake and no way home to get it, So ate a few pieces of chicken breast and lettuce/cucumber and onion...Will this take me out of ketotis? Ive been on this for over 80 days and lost 3&1/2 stone, Help!! Ive been 100% till now

Aine.. I'm sure as soon as you get back on track you'll be fine. I dont think a bit of chicken and salad will put you out of ketosis..

Good luck and make sure you dont get caught out again!

I did the same, and have been fine, but its important not to let it become a regular thing (has been my downfall on other LT attempts) well done on the weightloss and sticking it tht long!

I don't think that will have made any difference whatsoever providing there wasn't a lot of carbs in the salad........get some bars of some description, Exante, Be-YU whatever, to keep for emergencies.....I keep a couple in my handbag and in the car!
