your food diary is spot on id just eat a lot more if i was u and drink somemore fluids to feel u up..

I get hungrier when the weather is warmer (weird!).
Definitely more water, but if you are really hungry then have a nibble (no pun intended, Determined Bunny!!).
For days like that, I keep fresh prawns in the fridge, a few of those takes the edge off and much less damaging than a cake.
Apparently, (if you like meat), you can get Fridge Raiders on a kebab stick and only .5 syn each.
