Um I've done at least 2, one for my first add-a-meal week:

Incidentally I dunno how the rest of you feel but I see add-a-meal and refeed as two entirely different things.

Add-a-meal is just that, an opportunity to have a limited range of foods in order to maintain optimum health whilst on the diet and staying within the NICE guidelines.

Refeed is where you are close to your goal and start to reintroduce food in a gradual and structured fashion so that eventually you will be off packs and back eating normally but hopefully much more healthily than before and with much more control.
