Of course you'll be able to have a KFC once in a while, although you might find you're tastes change a little. I had KFC with the kids a while back and hadn't had it since before losing weight, have to be honest it wasn't as good as I remembered, really greasy, I just ate the coleslaw and beans! I've gone off most fast foods and lots of processed foods too. I still love an indian now and again though

A KFC chicken drumstick is half the calories of the KFC salad without dressing though
Honestly, as long as you aren't KFCing all the time, have what you want and enjoy. That's what maintenance is all about; being able to have something that you consider 'special', yet still keeping it 'special' if you know what I mean.
Learning that yes, you can have these odd times as long as you take care the rest of the time.
