For those thats have gained on some weeks of CD.....

Were you sticking to the plan rgidly that week, or did you cheat?

I think what I'm basically asking is, if you follow CD 100% is it possible to gain?
 
I've only gained on a week when I had a planned break.
 
I've gained twice and both times only when I cheated lol

Gains are rare if your stick to plan 100%. Any gains if you HAVE been 100% are usually down to TOTM and easily lost (and then some) the following week.

You can't fail to lose weight on CD as it's sooooo low in calories and carbs. Please don't worry about what may never happen hun :D. I think you will be pleasantly surprised at how quickly the lbs will drop.
