Framage Frais Idea's for left overs :)

I have a big tub of VLF FF & have opened it for just a couple of spoon fulls - so want some idea's to use it up :)

Can I make sauces (like a curry sauce) & freeze it?? Never cooked with FF before SW & don't know if it can be frozen in recipies or if it will split.

Other than that - if anybody has any good idea's what I can make/do with it that would be great :D
 
Its lovely in curries as it makes it a bit creamy and in my experience never spits. Fine to freeze in there too.
Also nice in goulash with meatballs, recipe on the recipe thread i believe.
Or mix it with some splenda and vanilla extract and pile it on a bowl of fresh fruit mmmmmmmmmmmm
 
Oh thanks - I will make a batch of scrummy curry sauce then & freeze it :)

Everytime I make curry etc that has it in, I never have chance to freeze it as its always eaten :D
