Water: 2 litres
Drinks: Tea. Cappuccino (1) - 1pp

Brekkie: 45g Porridge made on water - 4pp

Lunch: 0pp Brocolli soup (0) Turkey slice (1) WW wrap (3) Tomato. Cucumber. Lettuce. onion - 4pp

Snack: Chocolate Eclair (5) - 5pp

Dinner: 150g chicken drumsticks (3) Potato (3) Onion. Carrot. Veg stock. Salt n Pepper. Clove Garlic. Curry spice. 2 brown bread (4) Spread (2) - 12pp

Total: 26/29
Weeklies: 0/43
 
Menu looks great. I must make time this weekend to make some 0pp soups. I have the same lunch every day so i need something new to try.

Yea been having good food days of late. It's just being organised n not bein too lazy.
Bought a slow cooker the weekend. OMG it's the best thing since sliced bread no question!!

Tonights menu bring chilli con carne done in the slow cooker :) My life is now complete.. I love my slow cooker.. Who needs a man when you have a slow cooker??!! I don't :D

Oh I want a slow cooker! I feel your going to have a loss this week hun, when is your wi? I need more soups in my life I might have a go today what one would you recommend that's quick?

No.. But I dont need him to make me happy now as coming home to a yummy homecooked meal that piping hot n ready to eat makes me happier than any man could :D :D

Quick n easy... Brocolli soup - 1kg bag of frozen brocolli into 750ml veg stock. I onion chopped and a clove of crushed garlic. S&P and boil it up, blitz it and you've got yummy soup :)
Or carrot n corriander.. i always use fresh carrots but same as brocolli.. use half bag (ish) frozen carrots, an onion, clove of crushed garlic, boil it up, add in corriander, leave on low heat for 5 - 10 mins and blitz it up :)

Yea finding it easy this week.. Am prepared and have a new gadget so happy to do my veg prepping etc.. So its handy enough for me this week. Not finding myself picky or snacky in between meals at all so that's good.. Tiz being an easy week for me so far.
Not done any sneaky WI's as I feel really full/heavy so I don't want to discourage myself.. Won't be surprised if I gain this week TBH.. Although I've been good/within my PP's.. We'll see..
I've eaten healthy and had good food intake so if its a gain... so be it..
(Will suck tho ha )

Yeah I haven't snacked half as much as I was before christmas which is good. Trying to get more fruit/veg into me. I'm slowly getting back into it. I'd be very surprised if you gained hon. but know exactly what you mean about the full heavy feeling...i won't be surprised at a gain either even though I'm not using much weeklies or anything. We'll see what saturday brings! X
