Finally Pregnant!!
OK.. So I have decided to use here as my tracker.. This way I can be corrected on any errors I may make with my pointing.. Give tips (I hope) And receive tips from others... Here we go.. We'll call this Day 1.
Breakfast: 30g Porridge. Made with water. 1 canderal tablet = 3pp
Lunch: Red Pepper & Onion 0pp Soup. 2 toast. Tuna with Red Onion extra low fat mayo = 7pp
Snack: Apple. Banana. Danone Activia 0% Fat Strawberry Yogurt = 1pp
2 x 750ml Water
Dinner: 40g Brown Rice. 100g Chicken. Peas. Carrots. Green Beans = 7pp
Snack: Biscuits x4 = 8pp
Total Daily: 26
Daily Allowance: 30
Unused: 3 (could be worse???)
