Free outdoor gyms

So ive discovered in manchester that there are lots of free outdoor gyms, im going to find my local one next weekend, im really excited about this and I think its great for anyone who cant afford the gym

Who knows maybe there will be one in your area

yeah we have one in our local park. And I noticed one in Rhyl yesterday right on the seafront, working out while looking out to sea sounds pretty good to me.

there is one in a park not far from me, tried it once or twice, everything needs a fair bit of wd40 and makes hell of a noise, quite embarrassing really! tried the cross trainer type thing, ab cruncher shoulder wheel and waist twist platform which were all fab, had a rowing machine type one too but that was far too odd for my liking, once you get over the rigid metal strangeness and huge noise in my case! was great;-)

I never heard out an outdoor gym sounds fab! There isn't one near me unfortunately

there are 2 in my area, but I'd feel sooo embarrassed doing that in the open lol.
