    I make turkey chilli using ww jar with turkey mince and veg..... Then defrost a portion and have with a few new potatoes and salad....x

    I freeze my chicken tikka - chicken in coke - chicken and leek pie - chicken and mushroom pie possibly others too cant think atm, for when I work until 8pm and need something quick

    Soup can be frozen too. Make a big pot of the stuff and then just portion it out as and when. Also can make 0 point soup so even better :D

    Well I normally toast the bagels and wraps u heat up breads fine etc so should b ok x
