Freeze dried powdered fruit

HI there,

I just wondered it anyone know if freeze dried berries are free on sw or if not what the syn value is? the company i am looking at buying them from state that they are 100% blackberry which has been freeze dried and milled to a powder.

I'd be 99% certain they wouldn't be free. But can't tell you for definite sorry

Definitely not syn free I'm afriad - you would have to syn them at 1 syn per 20 calories if you have the nutritional info

Only fresh fruit is free & frozen I think!
