Hi thereWhat meals do you bulk

I want to make a bulk of food at the weekend and freeze it. I mainly cook soup and put it in tubs which is great for lunches but I am not sure main meal wise. I am a bit funny about freezing meat. I love chicken and mince but dont want to freeze. Would be so much handier for me. Any one got any hints n tips or good receipes that are great frozen x
