Fresh Fruit

Can anybody help me please, it may seem a really simple question, but i'm getting confused with my fresh fruit and tinned fruit. I bought some 'packet' fruit from Tesco, in a little snack pot, just to tide me over till i get home, it has frsh written on it, but is it free or ought i to syn it? Had a bit of a panic when i thought it might be classed as 'tinned' Any help is much appreciated, thanks

If you bought it in the chiller, & its in a plastic container then its free as it's classed as fresh fruit.

You need to look at the ingredient list though as some can have added juice. As long as it's just the fruit then you are okay.
