I have a juicer and I know fresh juice has to be syned, but I was wondering how to work it out? For example, if I make a juice by juicing 5 different vegetables how would I work out the syn value for a glass?
I'll do my best lol, some of the recipes only call for like an inch of each vegetable rather than whole ones. Maybe I'll ask at group on Monday and see what my C advises.
Vegetables don't need to by synned, whatever you do with them. Fruit, however, does. So if you're making a juice from just veggies, it'll be completely free. But if you're making fruit juice, you would have to syn the amount of each fruit.
