Fresh! Organic Sandwiches syn help please?!

Hi guys,

I ate a Fresh! Organic sandwich (flavour Bunny girl)

Fresh Organics Organic Sandwiches Health Foods and Products United Kingdom <- second one down the table.

I guessed that the pack was 200g as the nutritional information was double that of the nutritional information for 100g.

However, on the syns calculator it says that it is 12.5 syns, but can I subtract 6 syns as it was made with brown bread and make that a HEXB?

I sincerely hope so!

It is granary malthouse bread. Is that counted?

Thanks very much. I think I will use it as a HEXB on this occasion as I've been really good today apart from that slip-up. I'll be making sure that I don't eat that sandwich again ('twas pretty healthy considering what I could have had) though it was still a last resort.

Oooh, that's weird. On the pack it says it is 331 calories and that 100g is 166...
