Thanks WT, im poorly 
, been coming down with bug last couple days and had awful night, feel proper rotten- id kill for ice lolly for me throat, supposed to be going to marks sisters tonight for tea, his mam will be there too not sure im gonna be upto it but really wanna go as havent seen her since she announced her pregnancy (his sister not his mam :giggle. Was planning on taking home made chicken salad for me .
My dad should be back out of hospital tomorrow, fingers crossed!

Hey hun,
how u feeling? i managed to track u down..... after reading some very interesting (although perhaps slightly insane) post about make overs, sunburn and ciggies. lol
Hope ur feeling a little better this evening.
i had my cambridge weigh in this morning. consultant has new scales and they show an 8lbs loss although my scales (very reliable) show 10lbs..... i know which one i believe. lol
Should get my s&s trial stuff tomorrow. u have no idea how excited i am with the prospect of eating. im sure the meals arent as nice as my head is telling me but hey, food is food. also cant wait to try a lemon/white choc bar. right up my street they r.

Wowser well done on your ten pound down hehe, im hoping for same, was proper constipated before starting this so after dropping kids at the pool i should have the 10lb there hahahahaha. do the girls ever come on here, only vickie answered so far on fb boo. no hun serious if ye try the packs i told ye they really yum, the packs are small but do what i said bout lettuce with chilli and broccolli all that, bulks it up and its all allowed and makes it more substantial nom nom.
omg feeling like shooting meself today, im such a baby when it comes to being poorly and im not ashamed lol, i hurt all over, me heads hot and woozy, my body is cold, my glands are swollen and i have sore throat and its in me chest and my nose is runny, dont worry i will survive lol. been over marks sisters house shes pregnant, 13weeks tomorra so went to see her scan. me brother and his gf are due first baby 22nd sept im so excited to be an aunty twice over woot woot. xx

lol. ive been waiting for the last 5 hours for u to pm me to let me know ur around. lol.
i know what ya mean on the constipation front. ive been back on cd for 6 days and been toilet once ( and that was very uncomfortable and would make a rabbit look like that crap bricks in comparison) lol. im hoping it wont be so bad with S&S with the veg and meal packs.
Hope they come early tomorrow. I'm so impatient.
U could do with some vitamins to help ur body fight back whats u have now. i know from experience it aint easy for ur body to fight anything off when on any kind of vlcd.

7.4lb down, i know its not the first week wow but tbh iv not been 100% ive been ill this week, not been drinking me water like i should, have totm n bit constipated proud of meself for sticking to it like i have though hopefully get better next couple days n can make full week 100 % xx
