So I was good over the weekend. Indulged on some corona light and used my weeklies for them. Food wise I cooked chicken kebabs on Friday. Chinese chicken dish on Saturday and Quorn burger and chips on Sunday. Making something new every day! Still :)

Yesterday's breakfast was banana pancakes

1 banana mashed 0pp
2x medium eggs 4pp
1 rye ryvita crushed 1pp
1tsp sweetener 0pp
Pinch of salt 0pp
1-2tsp cinnamon 0pp
1cal spray 10-20 1pp

Mix all ingredients together and cook small pancakes as you would regular pancakes. I have a nifty tool to make these perfectly rounds (suits my ocd nicely haha) Will post a pic of it.
Yields approx 5/6 small size pancakes very tasty and very filling



Today i fancied something amazing for brekkie

Breakfast:
Breakfast burrito
Ww wrap 3pp
Turkey sausages x2 4pp
Turkey rasher 1pp
Medium egg 2pp
Grilled tomato 0pp

Lunch:
Chicken chilli salad
1/2 Chicken breast 2pp
Tsp chilli sauce 1pp
Lots of veg 0pp

Fruit salad 0pp
0pp

Dinner:
Fresh grilled cod fillet 5pp
Pasta bake 8pp :
60g pasta 6pp
Laughing cow 1pp
1cal spray 1pp (10-20sprays)
Onions
Tomatoes
bell peppers
All veg oven baked in 1cal spray for 15mins at 180. Pasta blanched until half way done. mix veg with pasta, bake until pasta is soft (added bit of water to baking dish to ensure pasta cooks) with laughing cow grated over it
FREEZE laughing cow to grate over pasta bake
