good luck hun this first week is the hardest but stick with it the results are amazing. I'm on week 5 it seems like only yesterday when i first started the time as gone so quick and so has my weight lol.
Try putting a sweetner in your shake it does make it taste better also you may want to split your shakes so you have 6 a day rather than 3 this will help with the hunger pangs. Dont forget drink loads of water xx
blend your shake with ice its lush especially choc, you can also have the choc hot as well and the vanilla with a spoonful of coffee is nice
your taste buds do adjust and it will get easier, good luck x
you can choose what ever you want. At the start i tried all flavours then i went off the soup in week 2 then went off the vanilla so now i only have strawberry and chocolate i havn't yet tried the flapjacks apparently they'r horrid x
I don't like the soup but this week I picked up choc, vanilla and strawberry shakes and peanut flapjacks. I don't mind them and they are handy when you are out and about as there is no mixing involved.
Thanks for the the comments ... Day one is nearly over and I was considering giving up - but after all of your helpful comments I am going to stick at it . Wish me luck with tonight, that will be the test.
I really hope that the taste gets better, they are very hard to drink at the moe . But as you all said it will take a while to adjust.
