Starting 2012 weight for me 170.6 which means I'm 8.5lbs up on my lowest & 3lbs gained over Christmas...

Hello Friday girls, starting weight for me today is 10 stone 7 and 3/4 lbs, I go back to work on Monday so hoping that being away from the fridge will help and I'll lose a couple of lbs by next week

Hi everyone, I haven't been here since last year; hope it's ok to come back.

I started half heartedly on Monday and I've lost 1.5 lbs. i've bought a new coat with a hood today so that I can start walking again.
