Friday night blues...

Well I went to WI on Wednesday and put on 0.5lb without any reason. I showed C my food diary which was 100% accurate and she didn't know why I had gained.

Anyway, since then I've been really good in the day but when home alone at night (hubby works nights), I've struggled and it's almost like I've thought stuff it.... But I need to get back on track. I guess I've probably had an extra 50 syns over past few days.

Ive made a plan- red days only, lots of water and scan bran, stick to 5 syns (max 10).... Someone help!!!!!!!!
 
I feel your pain!! My hubby is away on a stag doo until Sunday night and already I wanna eat everything in the cupboards, it's pure boredom!!! It's taking every ounce of willpower I have inside me not to go near the biscuit tub or I'd eat everything in it!!! I put on 1/2 a lb aswell last week so really need to have a good weigh in on Tuesday!
 
I sts this week and should have lost. It's soooo frustrating. If you have been 100%, though, your weight loss will show next week as long as you stick to it. Draw a line under the last few days and start afresh. Don't try to be extra strict from now until wi because if you're anything like me you will rebel and eat everything in sight!! How do you use your syns? I save mine for a chocolate bar and a glass of wine in the evenings. That takes me to around 9 syns. If I do have anything else during the day then it's ok because I'm still within my 15. I really enjoy sitting down around 8-9pm and having my treats.xx
