Well I am pleased this Friday as my cdc scales confirm I have lost 3lb So I am at my own half way point to my weight loss goal.
I have worked hard at staying focussed on the diet this week, I was a little worried as I have also worked really hard at the gym and I thought I might not loose any lbs but if I want to make sure I tone as I loose the lbs I know I have to go.
And I am pleased I did as 3lbs is a good number
I still feel weak willed like I could cave in and eat crisps, chocolate and ice cream especially today but I won't its been hard to get where I am and I don't ever want to go back were I was
So I am keeping busy and Im off out to enjoy the sunshine.
I hope everyone else has a good day too
