Does totm really make a difference?

My losses slow right down, usually to about 0.5lb, but I do know a lot of people who gain because of water retention. You just have to make sure you drink plenty of water to keep it to a minimum & if you do gain just bare in mind that chances are you'll see a bigger drop the following week so it does balance out :)
 
1.5lb off for me this week, so bang on 1.5st off overall! Yay :D
 
Granted its not as bad as 1 lb per week, which i suffered not so long ago, but it still feels slow. i want to be at target. NOW. lol.

I know, I'm the same. I just want to be there!!

I know this doesn't help but really it is better to take it at a steady pace of 1-2lb a week. I'm delighted with a 1lb loss now as I know from my diet and my body shape now that it is GENUINELY 1lb of fat! Your body can't lose anymore than 2lb of fat safely and sustainably in one week - so celebrate!! (with some fruit...)
