    Hi everyone!

I restarted Exante TS on Friday (02/05/14) and thought I'd start a group for those of us who will be weighing in on Fridays.

To get us going, feel free to say a little about your weight loss goals and journey while we wait for Friday to come! :)

I'm 22 years old, I have a 7 and a 3 year old and my start weight is 14st7lbs! Which is far too much for someone whose only 5ft 3in tall. :(

My motivation besides generally wanting to feel and look a bit better is that me and my partner of 7 years (father of my children) decided last minute in January this year to get married finally! However, we are getting married June 6th 2014 which is only 5 weeks away! Eek!

So I thought I want to lose as much as I can by then just so I feel more comfortable. :)

I have set myself the goal of losing 21lbs (1st 7lbs) by then ideally but anything over a stone will be great and anything over the goal will be amazing!

So here's to getting to next Friday 100% and having a good loss!

Good luck to everyone and look forward to seeing people post :)

Thanks Rosey, exciting and daunting at the same time lol!

Excited for weigh in! Worked out my start weight wrong it's actually 14st 10lb not 14st 7lb! But still hoping for a great loss!

Forgot to update this on Friday.

My first weigh in was -9.2lb which I was very pleased with.

So fingers crossed I'm in the 13s this Friday. :)

Week 2 weigh in sees me -3.3lbs

I am very pleased with that and only 1.5lb to go til I reach my first stone loss mark! Woo.

Thank you Denise! It's just another Very Low Calorie Diet which you can do Total Food Replacement if you wish. Just like Cambridge but without the consultant.

Hi Friday weighers! Little disappointed with my 2nd weigh in only -2lb :d'oh: I know its still 13lb in 2 weeks but was hoping for 4. Im struggling with having 3 packs a day so most days only have 2 this week could his be a cause?

    Hi scoobydo.

First well done on your loss.

Secondly, yes it could be. It is very important you have all three packs because it gives you the nutrients you need but you also need to be having that minimum amount of calories to put you into ketosis rather than starvation mode which mean your body will cling onto calories rather than burn them.

I know it's hard because you don't feel hungry and that it can slip your mind about having shakes/meals/bars but maybe splitting your third pack over the day may help you make sure you have it?

I'm not sure it depends on what combination you have but say if you have a shake, have half a bar with it then if you had a second shake, have the other half of the bar with that if it makes it easier.

Anyways good luck and I hope you're enjoying the sun.
