Well Friday already.........
Todays menu
BF: Tropical fruits, 2 boiled eggs and some melba toast (syns)
2nd BF
(Friday is bacon etc in the staffroom). 2 quorn sausage and a slice of W/M (HexB) and 1 Tbs Tomato Ketchup (syns)
Lunch: Home made vegetable soup with Pasta and 1 Tbs Parmesan (syns)
EM: Mushroom risotto
Snacks: Fruit
Have had a good couple of days and I am 110% determined not to ruin it over the weekend. I feel quite heavy though - have not drank much water at all - so this maybe why?
