Journey to a mummy

Here I am all 14 stone 5lb of me starting my sw journey to become slim and hopefully a mummy. After several tests and visits to the doctors I have been given a target of 2 stone to lose ASAP so that I can start my treatment and continue to lose the further 2 stone I need to be healthy.
any advice on my food would be greatly appreciated as j am doing this alone at home and still trying to work out what im doing ?

So I started Saturday and will weigh in every Saturday morning

Saturdays menu green day

B: 28g morn flakes HEXB and strawberry mullerlight
L: jacket potato, beans cheese HEXA
D: was out so had weetabix. HEXB ss milk HEXA
S: apple
W: 1 litre
E: 30 minutes at gym
syns = 0

Sunday EE day

B: bacon x3 no fat 3x we brown bread HEXB tbs ketchup 1 syn flora light 1 syn
L: chicken mugshot strawberry muller light raspberries
D: quorn spag Bol with carrots peppers mushrooms
S: 1 mini meringue 2.5 syns blackberries 1/2 banana muller curly wurly 6
W: 1.5 litres
Syns: = 10.5

Today EE day

B: Alpen bar HEXB milk HEXA
L: mugshot muller strawberry apple
D: sw chips mushy peas 2 poached eggs lettuce cucumber celery peppers Tom ketchup 1
S: 1/2 curly wurly 3 1/2 meringue 1.5 1/2 muller raspberry blackberries
W: 1 litre
Syns: 5,5

Hoping I'm on the right tracks got my exercise planned this week aqua 5 mile walk And gym
 
Morning all, its pouring with rain outside and my office is like an icebox so not feeling it today - nice warm food, blanket and tv day is what I would like but suppose another 8hrs 15mins of this will have to do

Breakfast: Alpen bar 1/2 HEXB shape 0% yoghurt
Snack: Apple
L:Alpen bar 1/2 HEXB mulligatawny soup
Milk - HEXA
D:whole wheat pasta tomatoes peppers onion garlic chicken HEXA
syns: 1/2 curly wurly 3 soup 8.5 could only find this on ggoogle
exercise: 1 hour aqua it's my first class hope I do ok lol

Just popping by to subscribe and say good luck! I'm losing weight for the same reasons as you - desperate for a baby and no luck yet. :/ Hoping it'll happen naturally but if not want to make sure that I'm at least part way to losing the weight needed to get treatment. :) Hopefully we will both get what we want soon! x

You look like you're doing fine - keep on eating lots of lovely superfree, especially on EE days and read other people's food diaries for inspiration and ideas. I only do green days but you are welcome to come look at mine if it helps. :)
 
No worries! Keep doing lots of home cooking, lots of superfree and follow the plan and you'll have lost the weight in no time. :) I think there's a few of us on here losing weight to TTC so you're not alone by any means, it is nice to find people who have the same motivation you do though! x

Just got back from my hours aqua well don't think iv laughed so much whilst exercising was a really good class I have no idea how many calories iv burnt but I worked hard.

As a treat I had a mini meringue 2.5 syns and a shape 0% yoghurt so total syns today is 14 syns the highest iv had so far but still within limit

Got a 5 mile Walk to work tomorrow so off to bed fore me
 
Hey, me too. Have now got bmi of 29.5 it was 37 when I started and going to apply for treatment in September. Would like to loose as much as possible by then as want to be as healthy as I can be for ivf and hopefully pregnancy.
You seem really motivated which is good to see :) good luck, will pop in to see how your doing x
 
Morning nelly thats a brilliant reduction mine is currently 34.4 got my treatment plan at the end of aug so got to be a good angel until then even with hubby and my bdays inbetween eekk.

Do you have a diary I will pop over keep you company :)

I am doing sw from home so have been worried im not following it right but hoping saturday will show a loss x
 
Todays menus:

Woke up super early this morning as walking from work today which is 5 miles so hoping this will help towards a loss, arms are aching this morning from aqua which is good shows i did workout lol

Breakfast: 28g mornflakes HEXB shape 0% yoghurt, Apple
Lunch: Jacket potato, beans and a huge salad, Apple
D: mash potato with milk HEXA baked beans and linda macartney sausages (just need to find syn value)

think it will be a bath and early night for me tonight relief my tired feet (pre empting they will ache haha)

LM sausages - depends on which ones you have. The red onion and rosemary sausages are free, Italian are 0.5 syns and the normal ones are 2 syns.

Don't forget to have your syns - we all need nice treats! Mine today are a posh yogurt, a cereal bar and a nice coffee out :) A lot of people say they lose more consistently when they eat most of their syns but I guess it's different for all of us x
 
I do have a diary but I'm afraid it's quite boring, mainly just me struggling to loose this last 2 stone. It's called nellylou - 2 stone to go I can do it with sw :)
I'm sure the exercise will have a good affect on weight loss this week. Appointment booked for end of aug! You must be so excited x
 
Just for home from my walk 4.5 miles done and my poor old feet know it lol

Just checked the sausages and there weight watchers so I think they'll be pointed I'm going to enjoy a curly wurly and a refresher ice Lolly ?

Really hope I lose something as iv been a angel first time for everything haha

That will be good, really struggling at the mo - need someone to check up on me :) I've had all tests scan etc, specialist said come back when BMI is below 30! I just need to write to him and he will refer me.

How were the weight watchers sausages? Haven't tried them before x

The sausages were lovely even hubby agreed and anything low fat he moans at.

Was naughty and checked scales when i got home from walk and it showed 14.1.9 but then this morning 14.3.2 :(

I know I shouldnt check untl saturday and now really wish i hadnt lol

Todays menu - not feeling food today come down with hubbys cold and my throat is like razor blades and ache all over.

B: Shape 0% yoghurt, special k bar HEXB apple - may eat these through the day depending on throat

L:

D: Jacket potato, salad and beans - at my friends so shes cooking tonight
 
Hope you start to feel better soon. I'll give the weight watchers ones ago (bf the same re low fat food) he does love sw chips though! :) try really hard not to weigh till sat, it's frustrating when the scales differ so much x
 
Definitely don't weigh in early! It can really mess with your head if you think you see a gain. It's hard to wait til proper weigh in day but so much better for you x

Won't be looking again until tomorrow and then not again until Saturday's it's so disheartening

Last nights dinner was salad jacket and low fat cottage cheese with a tiny bit of butter

Today I'm going to see what I can manage to eat as throat is so inflamed

D: lamb rogan josh (had 1/4) 3 syns boiled rice 2 poppadums 9 syns

S: curly wurly 6
Syns 15.5

Not so good but would have been worse if I'd have eaten full curry
