Friends needed :-)

    Hi I have already lost 2 stone in group but I have a daughter with a very busy schedule and I want to spend my little bit of free time at the gym so quitting group and going it alone. Have my first home weigh in Thursday morning. Would love some friends to join me and post results here any day so we can support each other. I have picked Thursday as I work night shifts Friday and Saturday which sometimes my body needs recovery time after. A bit about me, I am 34, have a 7 year old and a 2 year old. Love the gym but recovering from a shoulder injury at the minute. Would love a little group of friends on here, still have about 5/6 stone to go x

    Hi Fraggle Iv just subscribed hope that's ok. This is my first week on SW I did 6 weeks on Exante and lost 16 lbs but I really missed eating real food ;-) I'm expecting to gain this week even though I'v been good and not cheated but was warned that when you start to eat "real" food you put a bit back on. Well we will soon see as Thursday is my first weigh in too. So fingers crossed for Thursday :)

    Hi, I will join you both if you don't mind. I will be doing it at home as well, my official start is Friday tho I am pretty much following plan now just haven't done out my weekly plan yet. A little bit about me, I am 36 have two children 11 and 8 I work full time at the moment, this is not usual I am on a zero hour contract but at the moment we are short staffed. I have done SW before and was quite successful and lost 3 stone but due to lots of reasons I have fallen off the wagon and gained some back. Not sure how much as yet gonna WI at home of Friday eeek! My hubby has just been diagnosed with Diabetes which has made realize that we need to get our health and lifestyles sorted out. I just cant fit the Gym in time wise at the moment so I will start the 30 day shred on Friday as well, have done this before and it really helped with inch loss and toning. Good luck, and I look forward to getting going :)

    Hi! I'm doing SW from home as I live in the middle of nowhere so difficult to get to meetings. My weigh in day is Thursday too and I would like to join you for supporting each other. I'm 27 and work as house manager for a holiday cottage cleaning company which means I work Thursday to Monday and then do Tuesday nights as a bar maid.

    Hi, SW from home here too! I weigh on a Saturday morning, have lost 1st 8lbs so far, another 1st 3lbs to go!

    I'm 27 and a teacher - stressful job that constantly makes me crave chocolate!

    I weigh in on a Thursday too. Have been a bit up and down the last few weeks but really need 1.5 a week off to get me to a nice weight for my holibobs 1st August.

    I live up North (between Durham and Newcastle), am 47 (eeek), have 3 children - Olivia is 16 and in the middle of her GCSE's and I have twins Jack and Katie who are 12 and in their first year of secondary school.

    I would like to join too. I am doing SW from home. Back in 2009, I lost 3 stone with SW and then stopped and put it all back on (plus more). I have re-started now (just had 2nd weigh-in) and back on track and feeling positive.

    Hi great to have you all on board :) Just started a tumblr blog as well last night so determined to use the Internet for my motivation ha. Going to take pics and put on there. It's great to have places to be anonymous. Going to put pic of scales on tomorrow morning. I need as much help as I can get but with a daughter who does performing arts, brownies and swimming and a son who does football and had various therapies for his autism I can't spare the 2 hours it takes to go to group anymore. Think it will be a better use of my time at the gym really.

    I've had a very bad day today SW-wise; got a massive chocolate craving on and ended up raiding the brownies my sister cooked and my treat-size dairy milks :cry: I'm interested to see what the scales say tomorrow as I haven't stuck 100% to plan. I think I need to start a food diary on here so I have the shame of everyone knowing if I'm really bad.

    Aww remember it's a new day tomorrow. I have to admit not been 100% as had it in my head I start at home tomorrow. Let's take it one day at a time starting tomorrow x

    Well not doing plus/minus today as classing this as day one as new time/day/scales. 17stone 1lbs. Not happy with it but started this at 20stone 9lbs so getting there :)

    Good luck for the coming week - you've lost over 3.5 stone already which is a great achievement!
