I like them cold with salad, or hot with chips and beans!

I just make a huge 3 egg one, bulk it up with pork, mushrooms, tomatos, onions, peppers etc so im eating lots of veg but it doesnt feel like it :) x

Salad. I used to make a really big one then have some hot ad put the rest in the fridge. I would then take some to work with salad and have it cold. You can do wedges or chips with it too
