Hi all,
Thought I'd start a food diary as it helps to see it written down. Following the Closer diets plan losing 1st 7lbs altogether although not all on this diet, and 1st 3lbs to go to get down to 10st.

I'm at the point now where normally I give up as i start to stick at the weight I am and not lose it still so really want this time to be different. Not been 10st something for 7 years since I met hubs so can't wait to see it on the scales. Anyway, today's diary is...

Breakfast: shreddies with milk
Mid-morning snack: nutrigrain bar
Lunch: home made ham salad sandwich
Mid-afternoon snack: frozen yoghurt with grapes
Tea/dinner: mushroom burger in a bun with salad, apple and a yoghurt

Hey, your diary looks great :) mind me asking how long it's taken you and what your general rate of weight loss has been? x

Hiya, I started off at 12st 10 but got down to 11st 12 just with healthy eating but when I started to go off track, started Closer Diets. I was 11st12 on 17th May so call it just over 2 months to lose 9 1/2 pounds but have had my sister's hen do and a fair few meals out in between but I've tended to find that if I have a day where I go completely off track as long as I'm strict with myself the rest of the week I either stay the same or I still lose. Eating out has been a problem recently as I've not always been able to eat healthily but I've still lost, and because I can still eat what I want just in limited amounts - it's balanced over 5 small meals throughout the day - I'm finding it much easier. I could have lost more if I'd been completely strict with myself but still averages 1lb per week, and I'm only just over a stone from goal weight.

Em x
