From 16's to 15's

I lost 2.5lbs today give me a total of 3 stone 10.5lbs bringing me down to 16 stone 8.5lbs. Yipee.

I lost 1lb this week making me 16.8lb and 1lb off losing my 1stone sticker. 12lb off in 4 weeks and hopefully as its a star week this week for me I'm hoping for a mega loss next week. Fingers crossed and good luck to everyone in their journey to the 15's! X

well guys, it's a goodbye from me. hopped on the scales tonight and after waiting for the needle to stop wiggling, i lost 2 lbs, so i'm now 'just' in the 15's
