Well I lost 1lb this week, which really isn't surprising as I went off plan a few times, I think I was still a bit annoyed about last week to be honest. There's nothing quite as tempting as hitting that self destruct button made of chocolate when your down is there?:break_diet:

Anyway DH talked me into trying on that LBD that I picked up a while ago. We were on a trip, it said it was my size. I didn't try it on, just got it and left the shop (its was an 80% sale, shop closing down, so why not). Surprise, surprise, it didn't fit so it got shoved to the back of the wardrobe.

Well it FITS NOW, ok maybe still a little tight still around the midriff and bust. However it could be zipped up the back which is more than before. It really does help you to feel better. My weight may not be dropping by leaps and bounds, however I must be doing something right!!:D
 
By the way, how do you add those slimming world stars to your signature?
 
If you right click on the image, there should be a "copy image address" option, which you can paste directly into your signature!
 
Tried that, the closest thing I found was copy image location unfortunately it didn't work.
 
Stayed the same this week, * week and had a couple of family meals over the weekend! Never mind back on it today!
