Here is the Eternally slim Christmas challenge. It will run for 12 weeks, from Monday 27th September - Monday 20th December. This does run over our current one, but thats fine. Just go to both threads for this final week - 3 October.

Just decide on what your target will be for the 3 months, copy and paste the last list onto your post, then logg in each week to add your total loss for that week etc..

There will be an added twist to this challenge, leading up to Christmas week. By adding an extra challenge of either extra exercise, try a new recipe and share it in the group, or something else that you think is do'able.:D It could even be all 3 if you wish. But it will certainly make the challenge interesting :D.

Of course if you get to your target and meet your challenge before that date, then thats a bonus :D. Good luck everyone, now let the challenge begin.

I've got a family wedding to get to along the way as well - so I'd be grateful if as many of those 18 pounds as possible could shift in the first 6 weeks of the challenge! (or maybe just in the first 5 - to give me a week to get something to wear! That's the problem with a constantly changing size.)

Well, it's worth a try! Onwards and downwards...

glad you found this thread Sarah. With the 2nd part of the challenge, one thing a week will be enough. Then the next week you might decide to change that part. Hasta - snap i think 2 stone is do'able, good luck. X

C25K is couch to 5km - alternately walking and running - have done one day a couple of weeks ago - main aim is to get you from being a couch potatoe - definetly me! to being able to run 5km in approx 30mins, from what I understand anyway.
1st week is walking for 1.5mins and jogging for 1 min - is tough but doable - so am determinded to do it for 3 days a week no matter what the weather - can't get to a gym and not really enough room in the house for it so am hoping it will be decent weather this week - don't mind the cold but not too keen on the wet!

will let you know more tomorrow if need be - need to get to bed and sort baby who is starting a cold :(
