Thanks hun, yes I dieted my butt off to lose the weight but I was TOO strict on it. I've put 3 stones back on in the past few months due to illness............ AND CHOCOLATE!!!!!!! lol.

Am loving WW though! I really hope it works!!!!

Minimins is great though isn't it!?!? Such a massive help! Xxxx

Todays food so far:


Breakfast:

Milk for the day 5pp

pot SF jelly 0pp

ww cheese slice 1pp

Lunch:


ww bagel 4pp with ww spread 0pp

Oxtail soup 4pp

cucumber 0pp, 2 nectarines 0pp, apple 0pp


Dinner:


Think this will be: ww chicken hotpot 6pp and cauliflower 0pp


Total for the day after dinner = 20/32

Did 30 mins cross trainer and an hours walking so earned another 7 points today yey!!!!Pooped now though!!!! lol.

Hiya Vadey!!!! My day is going well thanks hun, how about you?

I haven't managed to do any exersize yet today but hoping to go or a walk later seein as though the weather is unusually lovey hehehe. I'm hungry again, due to my totm being due I suppose (or maybe just coz I'm a greedy piggy):p

2 slices serrano ham, nom nom, fat removed(yuck :eek:) 2pp

Tesco LC chicken cup soup 1pp

pkt raw baby corn 0pp

Tesco LC yoghurt 1pp

Yep, I've got the munchies today..............lol

Not sure what to have for dinner........may have asparagus and maybe a ww chicken hotpot (cheating again, lazy bum) lol

Haha, the day's not over yet ;) I plan using them later. Just on my way back from a 2 hour walk, am pooped, hungry and my feet are killing me!!!! Lol.

Your food looks scrummy today-didn't know you could have subway on ww.......YUM!!!! Xxx

Boiled onions 0pp ( having a weird craving lol)

That sounds nice!! Love pitta bread. I'm going to make a spag Bol Tom and have a pitta with that!!! X
 
Another ready meal.........I MUST cook tomorrow!!!! Bought some fresh fish reduced in asda earlier so I could do something with that I suppose........

Yeah the pittas are lovely. I'm really loving the wwatchers products. Very tasty!!!! Xxx
