Sounds lovely- was it a bit like kedgeree? I love smoked haddock- I am currently awaiting delivery of the new recipe book, so will give it a go

I had goulash and tagliatelle out of the latest magazine on Monday- I can highly recommend it too- much tastier than I expected.
