Frozen chicken???

    Hey guys i am on a very tight budget with it bein Christmas and as frozen chicken breast is much cheaper than fresh i just wanted to check it is still syn free? Both the ones from Asda and Iceland would be a great help xx



    Anyone any idea??

    I count any skinless chicken as free, fresh or frozen.
    My C has the packet of the Iceland ones on display that says zero syns so I'd say you are fine :)

    yep I would imagine they are free, as long as they are just plain chicken breasts, you can buy some which have seasoning etc on that might not be, so just check ingredients if you are unsure.
