Frozen Rice

I'm sure this has probably been asked already but to save from looking through 500 odd pages of threads can anyone help with the Syn value of frozen rice?
I'm assuming its free as its only cooked rice and water but I want to be 100% before I go buy some!
At the moment I'm using the microwave rice packets, but they work out 2.5 Syns each (Tilda)
so I'm trying to save Syns so I can eat more chocolate
And before anyone says cook your own, me and my husband both work full time and don't have a lot of time to cook dinner when we get home, hence once a week I make a load of SW recipes and freeze them, so that's why I'm asking about frozen rice.
Anybody know?

Depends on the brand - a lot have oil in them which means they are not syn free.
