Fruit and fibre with skmd milk

    40g Kellogs fruit and fibre.
    Qtr pint of skimmed milk.

    Usually the nv on the back of the pack Inc slim milk, just so ya can have more points if ya check :) I always look to keep my points :) haha need milk for tea, loadsa tea :)

    you'll find most cereals are 1pp per 10g :) it's only the really chocolately or sugary ones i find that are a tiny bit more! and for milk i think it's 1pp per 100ml :) and what some people do is measure out say a pint of milk for the day point it and then just use that for cereals or in tea and coffee! :) that way you dont need to worry when trying to point little things lol :D
