you'll find most cereals are 1pp per 10g :) it's only the really chocolately or sugary ones i find that are a tiny bit more! and for milk i think it's 1pp per 100ml :) and what some people do is measure out say a pint of milk for the day point it and then just use that for cereals or in tea and coffee! :) that way you dont need to worry when trying to point little things lol :D
