Fruit In Juice

I'm confused about Fruit in Juice. Can anyone please tell me if there are any free canned fruits.

Bought SPC Natures Finest Peach Slices in Juice and Mandarins in Juice in Tesco last night but
cant find them in my Food Directory. They are in Juice and don't have any added sugar or
other ingredients. Fruit is in a clear plastic tub. Would like to know if they are free or syns please.

Because I live alone I find fresh fruit often goes off before I can eat it all and would appreciate
any suggestions as I would like to have something on hand.

Nope. Tinned fruit or fruit in juice is never free. Try frozen fruit.

Yep - as Jaylou says, all synned.

Frozen berries are pretty good, as is the fruit salad. You might find that you're getting through much more fruit than you did before though!!

There are some tinned fruits that can be used has an hexb, can only remember tinned apples 300grms! Peaches may not even be a hexb!

As jaylou & Lucky7 said try frozen fruit, I find Sainsbury's cheaper for frozen fruit & it's economical & surprisingly nice.
