Fruit on re-feed

Hi,

Im on day 2 of refeed and totally loving it! Really looking forward to some fruit on days 4-7 though, really craved apples my whole journey through TFR. I do suffer from insulin resistance as I have PCOS but I am trying to get my head around where it says on the re-feed leaflet that if you have insulin problems then dont snack on fruit in the day but leave it until the evening. Does anyone know why this is or suffer insulin resistance?

When I rang LT I was told to have fruit in the afternoon/evening, I dont have insulin resistance but was told to eat it then as it gives you cravings

Thanks for the info, I suppose that would make sense then! I am going to give them a quick call about it today anyway. I dont suffer cravings like some do with Insulin resistance and would enjoy fruit as a healthy snack in the day so as long as there are no other effects from it I should be ok!

Think it is because it contains more natural sugars than everything else you have been eating.. xx xx
