Fruit salad

We r over families for t tonight, I have made my own shepherds pie to take but the mother inlaw has made a fruit salad using pineapple juice!
Would I need to point the fruit salad and would I also need to point the fruit salad if I drained the juice out my bowl?

If you drain the juice then no! It' be free

I drained the juice, there was just a tiny bit of juice in the bottom of my bowl and I didn't even drink that

I still feel I should point it for some reason, just the thought of the fruit soaking in pineapple juice!
