Frylight - is it limited?

Hi! Only in my 2nd week and still working my way round the plan. Is frylight unlimited?? I find that only one spray isn't quite enough when I'm cooking anything - I tend to spray four or five times. Also, if I'm roasting anything, I tend to spray halfway through the cooking time again. And I would spray four or fives times...Is this too much, or doesn't it matter? Thanks. xo

It is free. I checked, as I love a nice glass of it in the morning................ After ive cooked my bacon and eggs up. Lubricates your throat nicely for the breakfast.

I find when I cook my scrambled egg breakfast 2 sprays seems to do the trick.
