    Hi all.
Ive just had a quick look at the ingredients on the frylite butter and frylite sunflower sprays, and errr, they both seem to be the same, except the price... is it just me?

The smell of frylight butter makes me feel sick. So you won't catch me using it.

Olive oil frylight all the way :D

I like the frylite buttery and it smells and tastes differently to the sunflower one. I use it on things like mushrooms and mixed with a bit of crushed garlic through veggies. Love it.

Is the frylite completely free regardless of how many sprays you use... i would maybe use 4/5 sprays depending of what i'm cooking so just when I see this thread thought it wouldnt be a bad idea to ask - sorry if it is a silly question tho :/

Yep yep it's free regardless of how many sprays you use (obviously within reason - if you poured the entire bottle in a frying pan I reckon you'd have to do some synning).

I always use 4 or so sprays, one just aint enough.

I got told its free to spray, but if you pour it, you syn it. I use a fair few sprays and seems to be ok.

The buttery one is great for roast potatoes. I have all 3, I tend to use olive oil for wedges & sunflower for everything else.

You can also get a spray caesar salad dressing that I *think* is free (correct me if I'm wrong someone!!) made by the same people. Its not the best but its not bad!!! I like it on potato salad :)

Yeah the Salad Light sprays are free. Also comes in balsamic. Not bad but nice for a change.
