Today's food
B: weetabix n 2 cuppas
D: pasta salad with ham 1 syn for mayo, crisps 4 syns n mixed fruit
T: chicken n bacon wraps n veg. Didn't no the syns for this so only ate a bit of the bacon before I removed it n just ate the chicken breast so hopefully it won't take me over my daily allowance ad a bit of mayo too so 1 syn for that.
Snacks: banana, nectarine, grapes
Drinks: diet coke n water
Total syns: better say 15 then hopefully im not far off
 
Well today I've tried to av a original day I think it is the one where u get two lots of HE's but I only ad chance to scan the book this morning so I hope I've got it right.

B: weetabix minis with banana n milk 3 cups of t. Ano I'm suppose to av a ryvita too but I'd run out so I'm hoping combined with my lunch (as the breads from a kings mill 800g loaf) it'll tek my HE b up to equal 2 lots??

T: two chicken breasts, broccoli, cauliflower n carrots with EL mayo 1 syn
S: two baby toms, nectarine, muller light, two kiwis, two apples 2 chocs 5 syns

WI in morning n I'm hoping I've not done too much damage with mi wknd binging n drinking, hopefully I'll at least b STS n not av gained
 
well lost another two pounds which im quite pleased about after going a bit off course at the wknd. guna take some advice ive been given now n try n superspeed my weightloss for the next few weeks for my birthday, although im quite pleased its coming off steadily as it should b easier to keep it off that way.

Fridays food was great till I ad sum wine then the chocolate seem to get the better of me

D: chicken stir fry, muller light 3 syns for olive oil.
T: rest of chicken stir fry as I couldn't b bothered to cook
S: 2 ryvitas with Philly light 2nd HE b n a, bananas n strawberries wi choc Philly 4.5 syns, freddo bar 5 syns, 3 chocs bought for my birthday 7.5 syns, a bit of a easter egg say 3 syns d: t wi full fat milk 2 syns, diet coke, water, wine just over half a bottle say 20 syns eeek
Total syns: 48 omg really gotta stop drinking on a Friday night
 
Saturdays food went a bit pair shaped (excuse the pun). I didn't feel very good n was trying for a green day but didn't fancy eating much

D: slice of mums choc cake n coffee wi baileys ooops syns probably over 15
T: 4 ryvitas n dairy lea cheese 2nd he a n b
Takeaway for supper: Chinese, chick fried rice, chips, beansprouts, spring rolls, way too many syns to count
Snacks: half melon n 2 apples
Total syns: let's just say well over my allowance :(

Feeling a bit better today so wil b cooking again in the kitchen n bk on track hopefully
