funny tummy

since starting this diet... ermmm how do i put it? i have had a tricky tummy and gone to the loo for a number 2 at least twice a day. its like i have a tummy bug but i feel well its just i have the runs..
has this happened to anyone else since starting? sorry for the details!

Ummm yes I had that for the first 3 days better on the 4th don't worry it'll settle down soon

no i didnt have that problem the oppisite in fact hope it settles soon x

Hi Saffrons, i wish I had a funny tummy rather than the constipation which I am suffering from. Seems it affects each of us differently.
