Hi all, I need to lose some weight, about 2 stone, My issue is I dont want to go hungry but I like so little foods so any low fat diets or healthy eating recepies always seem to be full of things I dont eat / like, Ideal world would be a site or program where you could answer a questionair or likes and dislijkes and then custom made eating plan around that, does such a place exsist.?

just a suggestion - have you tried weight watchers or calorie counting as that way you choose the foods you eat according to what you like and just vary it as you want. Its a start maybe?

On the other hand, if you only like chocolate and chips, you'll have to get a grip and start eating fruit and veg! LOL;)
