ok so i had a great day - didnt do alot but thats to be expected. everyone was super nice and it was really relaxed and chilled - and it was a nice surprise to find out i can wear whatever i like to work - jeans, flips flops anything!!! love it!! gonna go mad shopping at A&F in vegas now i know that!!

i have to say that i havent been 100% today thou -iv had about 30 points and i feel pretty rubbish. im starting low carb tomorro & no sugar for the last 3 weeks cos i dont feel like iv lost this week at all - if anything i feel bigger and more bloated so im hoping low carbing and keepin points at 16 max per day will kick start my loss again and get me to the 10 stone goal before i fly - im worrying i wont get there now.

anyway - glad my first day is over and hope tomorro will be just as good and slightly less dautning.

Food menu tomorro to kick off my low carb 3 weeks is...

Breakfast - 2 eggs & 2 turkey rashers - 4 points
Snack - light mini babybel - 1 point
Lunch - Tuna light mayo salad - 3 points
Snack - 30g mix nuts & seeds - 2.5 points
Dinner - BBQ Chicken & green beans & mushrooms - 3 points
Snack - slice lean ham & sf jelly - 0.5 points

Total 14 points

I am planning on a 4 mile run after work tomorrow too.

so glad ur 1st day went well hun! Sounds like they breaking you in slowly which makes all the difference :D

And oh boy how fab you can wear what you want as it takes the pressure off loads!

Don't worry bout ur bad points day you deserve it - its prob nerves

Ta for your post gabs, so glad your day went well i have to wear a uniform to work which is good when you cant find nuthin to wear but rubbish when its either boiling or freezing & you cant alter it:(

Dont believe for a minute that you are looking huge at all but i know wot you mean bout the belly situation i sat in the garden today & it was sticking out far too much for my liking:eek: so i may be stealing your menu to eat less carbs.
I know atkins inside & out as i did it 4yrs ago & lost bout 2stone so shouldnt be too hard only i dont know the points values so im following you!:D

Just think when you are mega brown after vegas you can get your tanned legs & feet out for work how lovely!:) xx

Pleased you loved it hun, Don't worry about the points. It was stress eating because of your first day. Your'll pull it back, You sound supa focused already.

charly im gonna post points and carbs then - cos if we do atkins style without the fat side of it and more veg - and add fruit in the last week and maybe low fat yogurt i reckon in 3 weeks we can lose 7lbs easy - i will work out points etc and a meal plan each day xxx

thanks hayley - just off for day 2 - hope its ok - i expect i will be doin a bit more today so time will hopefully fly by - gonna hit gym later try get this belly gone!! xxx
 
ok well im feelin more positive today and im glad to say im back on day 1 of 100%!!!

today is the last day of week 7- and my WI is tomorro - only 3 more weeks to go after that so i have to stop messin about now. i went for a run after work which makes me up to my 15 miles ran this week - so least i finished that part of my challenge.

tomorrow the start of week 8 and another challenge - this weeks challenge is to obviously stay 100% but I will also run my 15 miles - and do my body attack class - and stick to 16 points max, no bad carbs and 1200kcal max per day ... if i manage to stick to that lot and i dont get a good loss next week then i will cry a lot!!

im gonna make the last 3 weeks count and stop givin myself slack - i mean business ha ha

Food plan tomorrow

Breakfast - 2 eggs & 1 white mixed with splenda & cinamon - thinly fried to make pancakes - then sprinkled with more splenda and lemon juice (makes 3 pancakes) - 3 points

Snack - mixed nuts & seeds & mini babybel light - 3.5 points

Lunch - Tuna light mayo salad - 2.5 points

Snack - boiled egg & slice lean ham - 2.5 points

Dinner - King prawns & 2 rashers turkey bacon, mushrooms, salad & alfredo carb free & fat free sauce - 3.5 points

Snack - sf jelly - 0 points

Total 15 points (1100Kcal and less than 30g carbs)

I will also go to the gym after work again and do 3 miles at least on the treadmill - I have also been walking to or home from work which is a 2 miles walk - so long as its not raining i will continue to do that to.

WI not great - i lost 1lb so i suppose it could be worse - so im back to 144lbs and still have 4lb bloody lbs to lose over next 3 weeks to hit my mini goal.

next wi is gonna be a totally different story- its gonna be a much better loss i am gonna make sure of it

Congrats on your pound misses, I'll be well chuffed to lose a pound this week! With all the work your going to put in this week your'll have a supa dupa loss next week for sure.
