ok well im feelin more positive today and im glad to say im back on day 1 of 100%!!!
today is the last day of week 7- and my WI is tomorro - only 3 more weeks to go after that so i have to stop messin about now. i went for a run after work which makes me up to my 15 miles ran this week - so least i finished that part of my challenge.
tomorrow the start of week 8 and another challenge - this weeks challenge is to obviously stay 100% but I will also run my 15 miles - and do my body attack class - and stick to 16 points max, no bad carbs and 1200kcal max per day ... if i manage to stick to that lot and i dont get a good loss next week then i will cry a lot!!
im gonna make the last 3 weeks count and stop givin myself slack - i mean business ha ha
Food plan tomorrow
Breakfast - 2 eggs & 1 white mixed with splenda & cinamon - thinly fried to make pancakes - then sprinkled with more splenda and lemon juice (makes 3 pancakes) - 3 points
Snack - mixed nuts & seeds & mini babybel light - 3.5 points
Lunch - Tuna light mayo salad - 2.5 points
Snack - boiled egg & slice lean ham - 2.5 points
Dinner - King prawns & 2 rashers turkey bacon, mushrooms, salad & alfredo carb free & fat free sauce - 3.5 points
Snack - sf jelly - 0 points
Total 15 points (1100Kcal and less than 30g carbs)
I will also go to the gym after work again and do 3 miles at least on the treadmill - I have also been walking to or home from work which is a 2 miles walk - so long as its not raining i will continue to do that to.
